At Kagawa Heat Treatment, we utilize a vacuum tempering furnace to achieve a finish with minimal oxidation film. This results in a high luster and beautiful finish for the products. We are equipped with four vacuum tempering furnaces, allowing us to accommodate short delivery times and small lot sizes. Additionally, based on our years of experience in heat treatment, we are capable of producing finishes with minimal warping for thin and irregularly shaped products.
